The Kirtling and Upend Parish Paths Exploration Project, is now complete. We have produced the notice boards detailing paths and local wildlife. We have also made leaflets with maps and wildlife sighting checklist for you to complete. A survey of the wildlife that can be found on the paths has been completed and submitted to the parish council.

Paths in need of work

Are there any paths that you walk, in need of maintainance or should be avoided at the moment due to mud or the weather?

Favorite walks

I have not walked many of the footpaths in the parish but one of my favorites is to walk around the ancient Lucy wood, where if you are quiet badgers, buzzards and even the rare red kite can be seen! What are your favorite walks and why?See More
